Because each item is handcrafted with care, I do not offer returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me and I'll do everything possible to make it right.
All functional work is microwave and dishwasher safe, however handwashing is always best for handmade ceramics since harsh detergents can wear them down over time. If you do choose to wash your piece in the dishwasher, please be sure to give it some space so that nothing knocks into the sculptural elements, which can then break off.
